MB-45 system

MB-45 is a modern aluminium system for production of elements of architectural internal and external installation requiring thermal insulation e.g.: various types of partition walls, windows, doors (including manual and automatic sliding doors), swing doors, mudrooms, shop windows, cash-desk boxes, display cabinets, spatial constructions.
The MB-45 system is also a basis for special solutions: dividers and MB-45D (S30 class) smoke-resistant doors.

The MB-45 OFFICE system is an interesting offer – it is used for making interior dividers whose special feature is the fact that tempered glass can be used as a construction bearing element. Due to its universality and vast possibilities as far as installation in high rooms is concerned, the MB-45 OFFICE system is dedicated for construction of light and at the same time solid partition walls in conference and office rooms with distinct doors. Elements of this system can be used for making fixed walls and full-glazed door leaves (swing doors).

The features that influence functionality and aesthetics of constructions made in the MB-45 system:

– The constructional depth of the profiles is: 45 mm. The shape of the profiles makes it possible to obtain slender and resistant window and door constructions.
– Tightness is ensured thanks to the use of special EPSOM synthetic rubber seals which guarantees long-term resistance to ageing.
– Wide range of profiles guarantees obtaining of required aesthetics and structure durability.
– The characteristic feature of the system is its strict connection with window-door systems MB-60 and MB-70 which expands its universality.
– The system allows use glazing sets of width from 2 mm to 35 mm in window sashes, and from 2 mm to 26 mm in fixed windows and door leaves.

System properties:
– the system is used for making internal dividers whose characteristic feature is
that the bearing element can be tempered glass.
– changing the interior arrangement through disassembling the connections and their re-assembly in a new layout.
– wide selection of door sealing variants as well as shapes and height of thresholds
– Possibility to use different types of fillers and panes: of thickness ranging from 2 – 25 mm.
– Dedicated for the system are tempered large-scale panes of thickness 8, 10, and 12 mm.
