PRODUCT FEATURES
For the white doors the white veneers are made of hard PVC 1.4 mm with the colour close to RAL 9016.
Burled veneers are made of HPL boards - 2 mm.
Maximum dimensions for PVC panels:
- 1000 x 2000 mm. WHITE PANEL
- 900 x 2150 mm. PANEL RENOLIT/WHITE, RENOLIT 2-sided
In case when the dimensions are exceeded, there is extra charge depending on the plate type.
In the FUTUR series panels the applications used were made of stainless steel of high resistance to weather conditions.
The panels are available in three thickness variants: 24, 36, and 50 mm.
Heat transfer coefficient Up depends on the panel thickness and on the type and size of the pane mounted.
For the 24 thickness the Up coefficient is 1.0 to 1.1 W/(m2*K).
For the 36 thickness the Up coefficient is 0.6 to 0.8 W/(m2*K).
For the 50 thickness the Up coefficient is 0.5 to 0.6 W/(m2*K).
We also offer exterior doors with the presented panels, manufactured based on KBE door systems.

GLAZING
In the 24 mm thick FUTUR series panels 2-pane Ug = 1.1 W/(m2*K) package is mounted.
With the 36 mm thickness 3-pane Ug = 0.8 W/(m2*K) package is mounted.
With the 50 mm thickness 3-pane Ug = 0.6 W/(m2*K) package is mounted.
Decorative panes can be mounted in the package as well: ornament dyed in the mass glass, reflective glass.
As standard Master-Carre texture glass is mounted in the package.
In order to increase the resistance to break-ins we offer in addition class P4A panes.
