HST 100

HST 100 is a select system of lift and slide PVC doors of 197 mm installation depth.
It is perfectly fit for large-scale structures of terrace and balcony walls as well as for winter gardens.

Modern design with diagonal edges.
Perfect statics – large-scale structures 6.5 m x 2.8 m.
Very good thermal insulation: Uf = 1,2 – 1,3 W/(m2K), Uw > 0,8 W/(m2K).
Lift and slide hardware G-U: Innovative trolley technology ensures easy run of the leaf and silent work.
Seals available in light grey for white doors and in black for coloured doors.
It is possible to use glazing packages up to 52 mm thick.

EXECUTION OPTIONS

Below are the possible configurations of HST 100 terrace doors.
Maximum structure dimensions:
– white colour: 6.5 m x 2.8 m for all schematics.
– other colours: 5.26 m x 2.6 m for schematic A and 5.5 m x 2.6 m for schematic C.

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS

Opening leaf brake for obtaining a narrow ventilation slit.
Additional expanding slats in the same colour as the door.
External overhead roller shutters: manual and electrical control.

All systems are covered only with best high-quality RENOLIT EXOFOL PVC foils.
Amount of work needed for maintenance is exceptionally low. In order to keep the beautiful look of the foil for the entire exploitation period it is enough to clean the surface with a sponge or a soft brush with the use of household cleaners once a year.

Standard: 3-pane package 48 mm, with two low-emission panes (4/18/4/18/4), filled with argon; Ug=0.5 W/(m2*K).
To choose from: 3-pane package 52 mm, with two low-emission panes (6/18/6/16/6), filled with argon; Ug=0.6 W/(m2*K).
In both variants “warm” glass pane spacers were used, which improves the heat transfer coefficient of the window and decreases temporary retting on the edges of the window.
Moreover, depending on the requirements of the facility, there is a wide range of special panes to choose from:
– anti-sun, giving high solar energetic profits.
– dyed in the mass and reflective,
– safe and protective (laminated or tempered),
– sound absorbing,
– fire-resistant.
