The panels are made of powder-coated aluminium sheets 1.5 mm thick.
Thermal insulation is provided by a layer of polyurethane foam between the sheets.
In the FUTUR series panels decorative appliques were used made of stainless steel sheets.
The surface of the sheet metal is gently ground.
The panels are available in three thickness variants: 26, 36, and 48 mm.
Heat transfer coefficient Up depends on the panel thickness and on the type and size of the pane mounted.
For the 26 thickness the Up coefficient is 0.9 to 1.0 W/(m2*K).
For the 36 thickness the Up coefficient is 0.6 to 0.9 W/(m2*K).
For the 48 thickness the Up coefficient is 0.5 to 0.6 W/(m2*K).

We also offer exterior doors with the presented panels, manufactured based on ALUPROF door systems.

Wzornik Ral

The siding sheets of the panels are painted with powder coatings
of semi-matt surface according to RAL colour chart.

There are also special structural surface coatings in several variations to choose from:
- fine structure without metallic inclusions.
- structure with metallic effect.
- structure with metallic effect, plain matt.

The designs of structural coatings are presented in the "THERMO-ALU doors" section.


In the 26 mm thick FUTUR series panels 2-pane Ug = 1.1 W/(m2*K) package is mounted.
With the 36 mm and 48 mm thickness 3-pane Ug = 0.6 W/(m2*K) package is mounted.
Decorative panes can be mounted in the package as well: texture glass, dyed in the mass, reflective glass.
As standard Master-Carre texture glass is mounted in the package.
In order to increase the resistance to break-ins we offer in addition class P4A panes.
