<-- The EXACT CONFIGURATOR allows you to change the appearance and dimensions of the door. There are eight types of structures to choose from with different configurations of the side and top skylights. You can change dimensions, paint colors, types of glass, handles, handles, hinges, types of gears and ways to control them.
After setting all the parameters, we get a perfectly proportional visualization of our doors from the outside and inside.
We can save the obtained door configuration in a PDF file, print it or send it to us to get information about the implementation costs.

THERMO-ALU LED DOOR
The THERMO-ALU LED series is an increased thermal insulation product (Ud = 0.8 to 0.9 (W/m2*K),
produced on the basis of ALUPROF MB-86 systems with single-sided attachment panels.
The characteristic feature of this series is the use of LED RGB strips for obtaining light lines in the door leaf panel.
With the remote control we can change the colour of the light in wide RGBW range, or we can choose the sequence of automatic colour and colour intensity change.
Optionally we also install monochrome LED strips (white, red, blue, or red) with brightness adjustment without the option of changing colours.

The door can be expanded with the help of additional lateral and upper transoms with any kind of
pane or with decor-matt sand-blasted glass with a pattern matching the pattern of the door leaf.
FUHR multi-point locks are used for locking, in many locking and control configurations.
Hinges: choice of wing or roller hinges (WALA) and concealed hinges (AXXENT).
Glazing in the door leaf: none.
Thickness of polyurethane foam in the leaf: 46 mm.
In order to increase the resistance to break-ins we offer in addition:
- 6D-C class inserts,
- anti-burglary protection of hinges,
- P4A class panes in transoms.
The door types in this series are also manufactured as versions with stainless steel lines (see THERMO-ALU DOOR - INOX series)

Aluminium doors are painted entirely with powder coatings of semi-matt surface according to RAL colour chart.
There are also special structural surface coatings in several variations to choose from:
– fine structure without metallic inclusions.
– structure with metallic effect.
– structure with metallic effect, plain matt.
The doors can also be powder-coated with DECORAL coatings, which imitate various decorative coats, including wood grains.
The charts of structural surfaces and DECORAL coatings are available at the manufacturer’s and from sales representatives.

GLAZING
Standard:
- door leaf: no glazing.
- additional transoms: 3-pane package 48 mm, MasterCarre ornament with low-emission panes (4/18/4/18/4), Ug=0.5 (W/m2*K).
In panes "warm" glass pane spacers were used, which improves the heat transfer coefficient of the door and decreases temporary retting on the edges of the pane.
Moreover, depending on the requirements, there is a wide range of special panes to choose from:
- anti-sun (dyed in the mass and reflective),
- safe and protective (laminated or tempered),
- texture glass,
- dekormat (sand-blasted patterns on one of the panes). Here we are open to Customer's proposals.

In the process of glass matting with the use of strong stream of sand we obtain the effect of translucent motive (dark fragments on the pane).
The opposite effect can also be obtained, i.e. the pattern is matted and the rest of the pane is translucent.
We can make a sand-blasted pane according to the design provided by the customer.
